Acer Iconia Tab A100Powerful, compact, easy to carry and even easier to use, the new Acer Iconia Tab A100 is perfect whether you need to work on documents after office hours or simply chill out with your favorite movie or eBook. With a 7” display and a weight of only 0.92 lbs., the Iconia Tab A100 is particularly comfortable to hold with just one hand, and as it’s so compact, it easily slips into your pocket or bag.

Plus, the 5MP rear and 2MP front cameras are just what you need for shooting photos, recording HD videos or video chatting with family from out of town.

With the Iconia Tab A100, you get all this at a very reasonably priced $329.99 for the 8GB version and $349.99 for 16GB. Or...how about winning one from Techlicious?

Acer 7" Tablet

From Valerie on September 14, 2011 :: 11:24 pm

I love my smartphone, but I hate how hard it is to see the screen,and to push the right button on the touch screen.  An Acer tablet would be small enough to carry in my purse, but give me the features and functions I want in a cell phone / smart phone / netbook / laptop!

I do not have a smartphone, just a desktop computer.  I really could use the Acer tablet to enter and complete audits as I do them rather than havoing to wait until I return home.  It would definitely increase my productivity.

From Karen Robertson on September 19, 2011 :: 8:20 pm

I have never owned a smartphone but have always wanted one.  I would use the Acer tablet to do the things I do at home on the computer on the go or anytime I had some free time.  I would not be tied to the home computer but could use my free time more productively.  I could also input my mystery shops when I am out instead of coming back home or check on information I need online instead of calling someone to look it up for me while I am not at home.

I enjoy my. Acer but the only, problem I’ve having is the web, site I hooked to, and I’m sure what it is, I do know that ( 3) days ago, that morning, I login on and could not get much of nothing, I put the place I wanted to go, the toolbar at the top of tablet, starting jumping around up and down.It would not Moe across the page.  I called AOL, Google, yahoo,Facebook, and God only knows who all.Yesterday morning I tryed to login and this,  website data not avabile, to many , redeicts, now,I ‘m not a computer smart guy, but the smart guys didn’t know what to do ever. So if anyone could help it would be helpful, thanks to all you guys and girls out there, and rember what I, always say, Have a Rip snorting hounddog Howie to each and every one of you. Waiting to hear from you.  Skipchaser.

I would use the Acer Tablet for e-mail, web surfing and social media. Also, small enough to put in my purse when I’m away from home.

From nashaden on September 15, 2011 :: 4:05 am

Two things that go in favour of Iconia Tab:
1. it’s 7”
2. it’s cheap (reasonably priced)

One thing not cool about it:
1. they say the battery lasts for 4,5h as it is only 1530 mAh

Still, I find it more comfortable than a smartphone; with its 7” screen it seems a perfect device for e-mail handling and quick web access.

(Never let them see you sweat—remember that commercial?) Also, since I’m a one-woman office, it would make keeping up with my clients and my calendar easier.

Big help at work

From Kathy on September 15, 2011 :: 9:09 am

I would love to hve a new Iconia Tablet to help me get through my busy workday for a local city government in Florida. With budget slashing and jobs on the line, we don’t dare hope for any new technology.  On the go alot, the new tablet would allow me to keep connected with work and our residents when I’m out of the office.  It would also be great to be able to keep track of things at home too.  My husband has an Acer netbook for work and he loves it. I’m imagining the tabelt is miles beyond that technology.
