How to Connect Blackweb Headphones & Earbuds to Bluetooth

by Josh Kirschner on February 08, 2019

Blackweb are a brand of inexpensive headphones and earbuds sold by Walmart. If you're having trouble figuring out how to connect your Blackweb headphones to Bluetooth, follow these steps:

  1. Turn on pairing mode for your Blackweb headphones
  2. Find your Blackweb headphones on your phone or laptop and pair them
  3. Confirm successful pairing
  4. Troubleshoot your Bluetooth connection.

1. Turn on pairing mode for your Blackweb headphones

Blackweb headphones and earbuds typically share the same button for Power On/Off and Bluetooth pairing. If you press and hold the button for two seconds, the headphones will power on and you'll see a flashing blue light. Hold the button for five seconds and you'll see the light alternately flash between red and blue — this indicates the headphones are now in pairing mode.

2. Find your Blackweb headphones on your phone or laptop and pair them

Android. Go to Settings and turn on Bluetooth. In Bluetooth click “Pair new device”. When you see your Blackweb headphones come up in the list, tap it and it should be paired with your phone.

iPhone. Go to Settings and then Bluetooth. Turn on Bluetooth. Look for your Blackweb headphones under “OTHER DEVICES” and tap on it to connect.

MacOS. On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click Bluetooth. Select your Blackweb headphones from the list, then click Connect. If asked, click Accept.

Windows 10. Open “Bluetooth & other devices” in the System Settings either by clicking on your Bluetooth button in the tool bar and selecting “Show Bluetooth devices”. If the Bluetooth button is hidden, you'll find it under the upward arrow on the task bar at the bottom of your display (see below).

Bluetooth button on Windows 10

When the Add a device window comes up, click “Bluetooth”. Look for your Blackweb headphones in the list and tap on it to connect. Alternatively, search for “Bluetooth” in your Windows search box. When the Bluetooth & other devices window comes up, make sure Bluetooth is on then click “Add Bluetooth or other device” and select your device from the list.

3. Confirm successful pairing

When you have successfully paired your Blackweb headphones to your phone or laptop, the LED on your headphones will stop blinking and you should hear an audio confirmation that your device is paired (either a tone or voice confirmation).

4. Troubleshooting your Bluetooth connection

If you have followed the steps above and your device still isn’t pairing, try the steps in our detailed guide on how to fix Bluetooth pairing problems.

And if you're ready to ditch your Blackweb headphones entirely, take a look at our pick for the best Bluetooth headphones under $50.

Hi! I’ve paired my Blackweb headphones with my iPhone successfully, and I’ve disconnected them as I want to use them with my Macbook now. They are blinking red and blue, but they don’t appear in the Bluetooth device list. I have tried turning both the headphones and my Macbook Bluetooth off and on again. Any tips? Thanks!

Try turning off Bluetooth on your phone or “forgetting” them on your phone then try to pair with your Macbook. Do you see them now? Wondering if your previously paired phone may somehow be interfering.

Hi. I just saw your reply. I have disconnected and even removed them from my iPhone’s Bluetooth device list (“Forget this device”). They never appear in the Bluetooth device list on my MacBook. Any more suggestions? Thanks!

I have purchased a pair of wireless black Web head forms with the charging case they earbuds type model number BWD19AAH06 Now the pair but if I want to listen to a single ear but I can only listen to the right one not the left and then when the right 1 dies I have nothing to listen to how do I fix this thank you

The earbuds are likely designed to have the right one pair to your device and the left to pair to the right. The user manual doesn’t speak to this but it’s probably not something you can override.

No.  Where is the code I use to pair my headphones

If you’re seeing a pin code request, something isn’t set up correctly. “Forget” the headphones on your device and then go through the pairing process again from the start.

My blackweb says to ×1 click to answer and the same to end a call. I’ve done this over and over and it won’t answer any calls. What do I need to do to fix the problem?

In the Bluetooth device section of your phone, there should be a setting option for the Blackweb headphones. Click on that and you will see a toggle for “Phone calls”. Is this turned on?

You can’t connect Blackweb earbuds directly to the PS4 with Bluetooth because PS4 doesn’t support Bluetooth audio out. However, you can get a wireless USB Bluetooth adapter, plug that into your PS4 and select the “USB headset” as your audio device in your PS4 output settings.

A basic Bluetooth USB adapter will run you around $10 on Amazon: https://amzn.to/2LO16OL

My headphones are keep pausing and unpausing over and over and it wont stop because everytime u touch the side of them they pause or skip and they keep doing it by themselves no matter what i do to fix it so is there a way i can make it so it doesnt have access to pause or skip a video or song?

Depending on what model you have, tapping the side is supposed to pause music or skip to the next song. Are you saying you want to disable that feature (which you can’t) or they’re pausing and skipping without touching them?

I saw someone had the same issue i did. my earbuds are turned on and in pairing mode, and my bluetooth is turned on and ready, but my earbuds dont show up under other devices.

they did for a few minutes, but it wouldnt connect and told me to make sure my device was turned on and in pairing mode. when i turned off and back on both my phone and the ear buds, nothing.
I spent $20 and id hate to have just wasted my money

Under your Bluetooth devices on your phone, see if the headphones are there and, if they are, click the gear icon and “Forget” them. Then go through the pairing process again from the beginning.

You keep responding to the question about the pin the same way, but what you’re saying doesn’t work. I’ve never connected mine to my phone and it asks for a pin every time. And since they’ve never connected my phone can’t forget them. Can you please respond with something useful?

I found the solution. Typically you would power on, then press and hold for 5 seconds. however, this powers off the sports in-ear headphones.

While power is off, press and hold for 5 seconds, this will turn on, and then immediately put in pairing mode. This does not require a pin, and bypasses that option, thankfully.

I bought the blackweb earphones and they worked great, but after about 3 weeks they will not turn on, they take a charge and I can get them to appear like they’re in pairing mode but they don’t appear on my phone (Android)  plus they only do this when plugged into the charger. I believe there might be a button sequence to troubleshoot the problem. Please help.

They were working fine until in unplugged them from the charger I tried using them, they made the sound signifying they connected but when I went to play some music nothing came out, I checked and it was not the app as the music was playing, I checked all my volume settings, I’ve told my phone to ‘forget’ the headphones and reconnected them I’ve even restarted my phone but they aren’t working.

My headset(mdl is BWD19AAH04) will not pair to my phone(LG Harmony) I’ve tried clearing caches, pushing buttons in orders et. cetera. It’s not asking me for a pin or anything, but it won’t even show up in my phone’s Bluetooth.

Try pairing with another device and see if they show up. If they don’t show up for either, it may be a faulty pair of headphones.

Yes these do support multipoint as well as simultaneous single earbud, (either one, doesn’t matter which). I have had the left connected to one of my phones and the right to another, while streaming two different security cam audio feeds (one to each) at the same time having them both connected to my laptop. The trick is to one at a time take them out of the case and put them into pairing mode while you are simultaneously trying to connect with the desired and previously paired device. When you get one connected to the device you desire, and then do the same with the othe(s). Might take you a few times to get it right. Other than not supporting acc, or any of the other advanced Bluetooth codecs that I’ve tried to use these things are amazing quality for the price point.

The Blackweb headphones should work with any device that provides Bluetooth audio out, including chromebooks. If the headphones are not working with your chromebook, there is an issue with your pairing.

When I try to connect them to my phone, it acts like it will connect but does not connect. Thanks in advance for your help.
